​MAWP is a newly formed group of female Law Enforcement officers throughout the state of Maine. We are focused on Empowering through Service, Mentoring with Strength, and Leading with Integrity. While our focus is on developing and preparing qualified women into leadership roles, we aim to bring quality leadership training, mentoring, and networking to all Maine Law Enforcement and other Public Safety members.​​
